Rv Horizons Decatur estate mph Will not address black mold in ceiling due to a leaking roof that took 9 months to repair. Was only repaired after I complained to city of decatur and fired my husband who was an employee. Property manager will not deal with complaints but rather hangs up on residents Cedaridge, co Colorado Nationwide

 My husband started working for rv Horizons 3/24/2015 as maintenance/rehab. He worked for 2 1/2 years with only 1 raise with in that time period. He signed new hire paperwork including acknowledgment of annual evaluations. These evaluations never happened. We moved onto the property in October 2016 and was told since it was a new home to the property that the hole that was dug to run electric lines would be filled once the final inspection was complete, this did not happen until I complained several times to corporate and to the city finally. We were also told that we'd have the hole that went all the way through would also be fixed, this also did not happen until I complained to the city for the black mold I now have in my ceiling due to the leak fir 9 months.

The fired my husband the day after I called the city inspector stating that my husband signed off on an employee handbook saying he'd keep a valid driver's license. He never received a copy of this hand book. The letter that was sent to him from corporate stated that as of 4/1/2015 all new hires must have a valid driver's license, my husband was hired prior to that date. They never asked why his license was cancelled, not suspended before letting him go. His license has been reinstated but it was cancelled due to his type 1 insulin dependant diabetes and the state had not received paperwork from his doctor stating he was ok to drive and hold a job.

The property manager regina McCallip made him work all day in a trailer in temp over 90 and he found bed bugs on his clothing, he told her about it, he went home changed and washed all clothes and went back to work at 415pm on July 12, 2017 she handed him a letter from corporate saying he was no longer employed with rv Horizons mph. She hung up on me when I asked why we were denied access to a window air unit until our central until was installed and she referred to me as an employee and hung up on me. This company allowed my 5 children to stay in a home where the temp on the thermostat was reading 96 inside, but put other residents who purchased their homes in front of us, because my husband was an employee and we rented our home. They filled in the hole in our backyard and patched the leaking part of the roof but not until the fired my husband.
