On the 11 October 2016 I responded to an an adverton Facebook. It stated a risk=free trail of RVTL antiaging cream and equinox day and night cream. It quoted £4.99 for postage. Both items arrived a few days later but £4.99 was taken out of my account twice despite the fact that both items came in one package.
On the 24 October 2016 the following sums of money was taken out of my bank account:
RVtl ant aging cream - £93.00
Equinox day and night serum - £99.00
A total sum of £202.00.
Upon reading the order receipt it stated in very small print at the bottom of the page that the programme would charge £99.00 for your trail of Equinox day and night serum on the 14 day. Upon reading the small print today I can cancelled any further orders by phone. I have also sent an email to their customer support team, but am not holding my breath.
I feel totally conned and will never respond to any future adverts offering free samples or trial. They must have made loads of money using this scam.
Any help you could offer would be gratefully received.
