 I had originally ordered a single skin care product for a one time price. I received that product as well as another unordered product and was charged for both. 6 weeks later I have received these products again without agreeing to them and 2 automatic charges were made which were significant;y higher than the original charges. There was absolutely no contact information in the packaging except the address of the lab. I was able to get a phone # from the charges made to my credit card.

I called the 1-800 # and like a previous report, spoke to someone at an Indian call center, and he was using an obviously false name of Ben Morrison. He informed me that if I had not cancelled the subsequent shipments within 2 weeks of the initial one, they were to be automatically sent and charged to my account. I had not been made aware of a 2 week time frame to cancel, nor anything about continuing shipments. The best I could get was the cancellation of any further shipments nad "within 3-5 days 1/2 of the charges will be refunded". I won't hold my breath.
