RVTL Equinox - Anti-Aging Shipped product without order, charged stolen credit card, refused refund on returned goods Palmdale California

Our business recieved a box from RVTL that we did not open, we contacted them to let them know that the shippment was incorrect.  They gave us an address to return the product.  We shipped back and later found that they charged our creidt card.  We NEVER gave them a credit card number of any person information.

We contacted them again to remove the charges.  They denied having recived the product.  They told us they would remove the charges MINUS a restocking charge.  AGAIN we never ordered the product.  They refused to work with us and told us that they could not credit us with a refund without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.... we already sent the unopened box us/

After an hour on the phone we finally said this will end and we called our bank and reported a fraudulent charge on our card.  They will give us refund and thie RVTL will have to deal with the Fraud Dept of VISA
