After posting my car on Craigslist, I was contacted by these people, at first it sounded like someone who wish to buy my car. After talking for a second they said they do not buy cars but rather, they help advertise to sell them. They stated they could have my car sold for the price I wanted within 30-45 days. They told me not only do they find private sellers, and dealers, but they can also finance someone and cut me the check for my car.  They told me that for 229.99 they would list my car, on a handful of websites and screen all the phone calls and potential buyers.  Since ebay wanted around 150 and auto trader 100 this seemed reasonable if they did infact do all they promised such as advertise on multiple sites and screen my calls.  My car being worth 28k and for 229.99 it seems like such a small price to pay for them to do what they promised to do. However after paying the 229.99 I was told that I would receive a welcome packet and a log in for a website so that I could check the demographics of my listing on all the sites they listed it for. The money came out of my bank, no welcome email, no log in, never heard from them again. It is 100% a scam. no 70% not 80% not 90% but 100% fraudulent activity. They do not advertise you car, they lie then take your money, then close shop before you can sue them. Then they just open up again under a similar name. Be-careful because they are very good at telling you what you want to hear.
