This place calls a MINORS phone number and wakes her early in the morning. They literally convince her to give her the account number. Now this is a 17 year old who is only a secondary on the account. Permission was not gotten from the owner of the account and even after faxing a copy of the birth certificate to the company 4 times, they refuse to return the money. Talk about cold!!!
