Purchase made November 14, 2012 ($144.90). Called November 19, 2012 at 2:34pm to inquire about the package and was told by Lori that it should arrive the next day or Wednesday. This was odd because it was a priority
mail package and it does not take 7 days for delivery confirmed by the post office. I called again on November 22, 2012 at 12:00pm to let Lori know that I had not received my package. She gave me the tracking number and told me to check with my post office. The post office told me that the package was undeliverable because the address was not complete. They did not include the Suite number on the package. There are 12 businesses in this shopping center and the post office requires addresses complete with suite numbers. The post office told me that the package had been sent to sorting and would be returned to the sender. I called Lori back the same day and told her what the post office had told me. Lori told me that there was nothing that she could do until  the package was received and that she would call me back. I checked with the post office again on November 27, 2012 and found out that the package had been delivered on November 26, 2012 and I had not received a call from Lori. I called back the same day three times at 1:02pm, 1:14pm and 1:45pm, finally letting Lori know that I knew that the package had been received by them. She told me that she would have to send a message to her shipping department to verify it and she asked if I just wanted a refund. I told her that I wanted a refund and she stated that she would call me back as soon as she heard from the shipping department. She did not call me back so I called back the next day November 28, 2012 at 5:05pm and got an answering service. After not receiving any
response I called back on November 30, 2012 at 3:48pm and was told by Lori that my refund would take 30 days, which I knew was not the truth, but I said ok and told her that I would wait 30 days. Now it is January 02, 2013 and I still do not have my refund. Now I believe that the company has stolen my money. I have not had the benefit of any product or service from them and they have my $144.90. I called today at 4:22pm and received the answering service again and again they told me that Lori would call me back. Lori does not return phone
calls and I know that from experience. I just simply want my money back and a simple reason why they are holding it for a sale they did not make and a miss delivery that was their fault.

We are sorry for the suite number ommission. We ship thousands of Thermagasket kits worldwide to very happy customers. This customer was refunded soon after the issue of missing package was solved. Thank you
