I was shopping for a product online. I used a search engine using the product's name, and several websites came up. This website had the best price for the product. On the page the link led me to was a list of the products and the column next to it was 30 days and a price. Later in the list was 60 days and a price with a button, jumping around on the far right that said "JOIN". I figured that purchasing meant becoming a joining the site, as well. I clicked and ordered 90 days, entering my credit card information. When I received an email thanking me for purchasing a membership with no shipping information for the product I realized that I had been scammed. I was sent my log in information which I did not use and just cancelled the membership. I was taken to a page that said to read about their refunds. They specify that, if you purchased thinking you were going to get product that they would not refund. Clearly this is a misleading practice. I am an educated person who thought I was purchasing a product.

Their emails bounce back, the phone number on the charge is only a recorded message telling you to read their return policy. Their return policy states that if you thought you were purchasing product, you will not be refunded as it's a membership to shop for best prices on other sites and you should have read that before.

They sent an email saying they turned down my refund because this was one of the reasons they won't refund.
