Ryan and or Jodi Craiglist Advertised Appliance Repair Mesa Arizona

I called both Ryan and Jodi for a refrigerator repair.  They advertise that they will repair your appliance or no payment needed.  They came to my house, after I waited for four (4) hours.  They finally arrived and did a little cleaning of the coils, and voila, they stated it was repaired.  I should have known better, they had very little tools and didn't even have a temperature gauge to view the temp in the freezer and fridge.  

They had me put my hand in the freezer, and said, "See, the cool air is running."  I don't have the experience or know if they actually did something, I assumed they completed the repairs.  Although again, I only saw them do a bit of cleaning on the coils.  They left thereafter, I did not feel any difference in the freezer, and text him early the next morning at 6:15 a.m., letting them know the refrigerator was not fixed.  I did not see Ryan or Jodi again until around 3:00 p.m., where only Ryan showed up this time.  He said after taking a look at the freezer, "Ummm, I am going to have to go home and google this."  I askd him google what.  He said he doesn't know what's wrong, but he would have to google it.  I said, well is it just the freon?  He told me he didn't know how to put freon in the freezer, so he would need to google what was happening to the appliance in order to figure it out.  Well, I was like when are you going to be back?  He was like, "Ummmm..."  I said, later today?  Can you give me an idea when you will be back?  He said, "Well, I will need to go home, google this and then maybe I can be back tonight."  This is when my stomach started rolling because I got the impression I was scammed.  I said, well when do you think you come back?  He was evasive again, and said, "Well, it could be this Saturday, or I don't know..."  A few more times I tried to tie him down to when he was coming back, and he would not be clear or give me any idea.  

He left, I contacted another repairman and low and behold, came in with equipment, gauges, freon and quickly found the problem.  

Ryan and Jodi are not trained appliance repairman.  They come to your house to defraud and scam you and worst of all, Jodi tries to advertises as someonee who tries to get women to call her as "Lady Repairman, ladies please hire me."  That's paraphrased, but close to what she has in her advertisements on craigslist.org  I find that aggregious.
