This company will not only rob you of money, but they will also rob you of hope!!!
D. Harris "guided me" through the process, collecting the information etc. Always explaining his associate would be handling the case.  At first Mr. Harris would answere his phone or at least return call.  However,  I could never reach his "Associate"  Mr. C Swanson. 
On Jan. 10 2012 Mr Harris finally called with a precise amount my future house payment would be, down to the penny, and told me I would have the paperwork within just a few days,  and also requested the final payment instalment for him.  When I received the last warning from the bank befor forclosure,  I call the bank wondering why the forclosure, when Ryan, Blake and Associates had re-negotiated the loan.  The Bank had never heard of Ryan, Blake and Associates,  no action had been taken on my loan modification,  and unless I paid up on all past due payments, and fees,  forclouser would proceed.
When you call the office, you never talk to a person,  always a recording,  since Jan 10 I have made seven calls to Mr. Swanson,  six calls to Mr Harris, two E-mails to Mr Harris, and three calls to the "office" with not one response.
These people will take what little hope you have
