I sold Ryan Brown a photobooth. The photobooth was used and Mr. Brown knew this ahead of time. When he got the booth he was not happy with the condition of the booth and did not like the way the computer and printer were set up. I offered to sell him a back up computer to alieviate any concerns he had with the used gear and he told me to just ship him a replacement tablet pc and he'd ship me back the one that came with the booth. He did not want to spend any more money on the booth.  I told him he could return the booth at that time, but he decided to keep it. We sent the tablet computer to him and he never sent us back the original tablet under warranty per our contract.

Months latter I have found out that he sold this booth to another photographer and he also sold BOTH the tablet computers. He called me and asked me to help out the new owner setup the printer. I reminded him that he still owed us the tablet via email. He said that he never agreed to return it and instead it was my fault that I did not bill him for it. I then sent him a bill for $200 for the tablet and he again refused to pay stating that since I had a bad reputation he was not going to pay. Apparently theft of gear and the illegal sale of it is fine for Mr. Ryan Brown.
