For anyone who gets involved with Ryan Buman, please be careful. I met him in 1990. He was friends with my best friends then boyfriend/fiance. We started dating and he only wanted close to me to get to my friend. I ended up pregnant and he denied even sleeping with me. I had a paternity test done and proved him to be the dad. He never once paid child support and told me to back off or he would see to it that I vanished from Nebraska forever. Later on when I ran into my friend Donna who used to date him she told me of at least 4 other women that he dated and got pregnant and never paid child support on. They tried to find him but he is very sneaky. He has used other names like James Bauman, Bill Bauman, James Buman, James Bauman, Joe Bauman.
These woman have tried to collect child support from him for the past 22 years and no luck. I think due to garnishment we have all maybe received 200.00. He can work the system very well and most of his employers are farms who agreed to pay him cash. His last known address was in Lincoln and he was working in Omaha and he know lives somewhere in the Denver Area. He owes around 250,000.00 in child support and we will never see it. I have spoke to a couple of the women that he has kids with and we all agree that we will never see the money.
You also need to beware of his drinking and his temper. He never struck me but I recently heard that he was in jail for beating up a women he was seeing and she eneded up with a broken jaw and she did file a protection order againist him.
Just thought someone needs to know about this. It has taken me a long time to find out his whereabouts and now that I have, I can tell everyone about this loser.
Just to let you know, I am very grateful that the son I had with Ryan has turned out to be a great son. He is in college and doing well. I couldn't have asked for a better son. Thank God he isn't anything like his dad.
