RYAN EVANS IS A TRUE SLIMEBALL. RYAN EVANS WHO OWNS MANTIS FINANCIAL GROUP, WWW.MANTISGROUPFINANCIAL.COM, IS COMMITTING FRAUD BY SENDING CHECKS THAT HAVE STOP PAYMENTS ON THEM TO PAY FOR SERVICES. WE RECENTLY FELL VICTIM TO RYAN EVANS AND HIS COMPANY MANTIS FINANCIAL GROUP AND HAVE PROOF IN PHONE CALL CONVERSATIONS THAT HE IS PURPOSELY SENDING BOGUS CHECKS TO PAY FOR SERVICES. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RYAN EVANS OR HIS CON SHOP MANTIS FINANCIAL GROUP MANTISFINANCIALGROUP.COM.

Notice anything missing in this report? It's the name of the company making the claim. Search Ripoff Reports for "Target Publishers" and you will understand why the person attacking Mantis did not include his company name.
As of today, there are seven (7) Ripoff reports filed against Target Publishing, two (2) filed against Target Publishers, and one (1) filed against Target Publsihers, all saying essentially the same thing. The company promises to provide leads but does not deliver.
