ryan homes watchout for this company they will say you did something wrong and take your deposit waldorf, Maryland

i went Ryan to purchase a home when they first ran my credit they said i qualified and everything was great until 3 months before closing when they ran my credit again they said i had a collection on my credit report that lowered my score and them they cancelled my contract and not are telling me that they get to put the house on the market and keep my deposit they didnt even give me a chance to get my own finiancing they didnt tell me anything i just got a letter from them this is so wrong i gave them a deposit of $8,000 i dont have money to just be giving to these people and now no house and you want to keep my money these people are crooks i have read were they have done this before if anyone know if there is a class action suit against these peopl please contact me (((ROR redacted))) i want to sue them if dont get my money back soon this is unreal this has been a nightmare dealling with this company never again
