(((Ryan Huerta has used rape twice on two different me in Clearlake. She claimed they both tried to drug rape her. Later she admitted that she had cheated with one and dated the other. The cops were nearly called on the first and the second she ended up dating. We have removed their names out of respect for the privacy of these men as they have requested. In January 2013 Ryan Huerta disappeared and ran off with her two daughters, leaving her husband and stepson behind. No warning, no conversation, no calls, no text, she just vanished. The truth became apparent 1 week later when she was caught arm in arm at a Floyds Restaurant in Pearland, TX with another man on her husbands birthday.

Ryan Huerta, has since January 2013, ignored 1000′s of texts, phone calls, and letters asking about their daughter, Coda Jo Clements, from her husbands entire family. No one has had any communication or updates on her. Ryan has literally vanished with the child. She has also been spreading vicious rumors about the actions of the father to maintain dignity in the face of her friends and family.

She has interjected many lies, and much deception through the courts with the assistance of her lawyer, the belligerently arrogant attorney Craig Alexander Higgenbotham, even to suggest child molestation.

Ryan Huerta is well known throughout Houston and Clearlake as a frequent user of Marijuana, Cocaine, LSD, Crystal Meth, Pain Killers, and Prescription Weight Loss Pills and is a current member of the swingers group desirousparty.com/. So, why has she been given the privilege to hide her child from a good father? Good Question!

Ryan Huerta has another daughter, Riley, that has 5 potential fathers. One of them paid her $500 to keep quiet because he’s married, another is Keith Taylor, her boyfriend who she cheated on repeatedly and he wants absolutely nothing to do with either of them, and Matt Reagan has been begging for a paternity test for 4 years, of which she keeps denying him. Even her current attorney has told Mr. Reagan that he needs to wait because Ryan is dealing with so much in her life right now. Thats SICK!

Ryan Huerta’s family freaked out when she asked them about finding Riley’s father. Ronnie Orman (uncle) and Phyliss Orman (aunt) said that the Riley is better off in the situation she is in and that Ryan should leave well enough alone. They raised Riley while Ryan was out partying, so to have another man step in and take some of their control is just not gonna happen. Ryans Husband listened to a conversation with Ronnie Orman on speaker phone with Ryan, while he elaborated on why the father should not be found. In fact, her own mother Annette Huerta (also a well known drug user in Houstons’ l*****n party scene) didn’t even tell Ryan about her own father until she was 27 years old, making it practically impossible to find him. SICK!

Ryans daughter Coda Jo Clements, has a father who is desperate to be involved in her life. He is raising his other son Zarion, who has A’s & B’s in school, and is a very respectable nice kid. All they both want is to be involved and to know about Coda Jo Clements as any good family would. Ryan Huerta is refusing that right to them, hiding behind court orders she maliciously got in place due to her lies and absurd requests.
