Ryan Toon Ry TooHans Solo'dRyan ToonNikki Toon Ryan toon and his wife nikki toon are scamming people across facebook they set up a trade for products you send yours they send theirs only they dont send what they are suppose to instead they send fake products or completely irrelevant products they then state you scammed them I have filed a a case on them at my local pd/court house Oak Ridge Tennessee

I sent Ryan Toon 180mls of E-Juice valued at $88.00 plus $12.35 shipping this e-juice is used in e-cigs he was supposed to send me an RDA which is a rebuildable Dripping Atomizer called a “Zennith V2” this was supposed to be an authentic RDA. well Ryan did not send his portion instead he sent me an empty bottle of e-juice which he admitted to and said he would correct on Monday by sending back the ejuice I sent him as I requested it back. I was told I had to wait till Monday as I received this package on a Saturday. I agreed come Monday June 2,2014 Ryan states I scammed him I tried to talk it out with him but he refused to listen. I explained he had scammed me and that I wanted proof of the receipt he refused to give me. I then blasted him across Facebook and discovered multiple people had been scammed by him. I confronted him with this info which he denied. today June 4,2014 he produced a receipt for a package he says came to me. the tracking numbers are off but he said to look at the weight I then did and grabbed the contents of the package he sent me along with the actual package and weighed it was a match but when I look up how much the product he was supposed to send me weighs its incorrect. I took that info back to him and he now refuses to respond. be aware of him. I am a disabled veteran and I along with others got scammed by this man and his wife. I do have all the proof on hand
