El 04/23/2013 compré un auto en RYM Auto LLC porque el propietario Richard Lora me dijo que el carro nunca había estuvo en un accidente, que tenia el título limpio y estaba en excelentes condiciones. Que yo nunca iva a encontrar otro carro como ese en la Florida. Lo único que le  hicieron al vehículo fue que le pintaron el lado de la puerta del conductor, porque tiene algunos rasguños.
Yo le pregunté por el Carfax y me dijo que luego me lo daba, que él no era un mentiroso y  que el carro estaba en excelentes condiciones. El único problema que el vehículo tenia era la luz del ABS, pero que su mecánico se haria cargo de este problema.

El taller mecanico Victoriano le apagó la luz del ABS, pero ellos nunca arreglaron el problema ABS , como debió de ser pues simplemente le  apago la luz.
Tres días más tarde, la luz volvió a prenderse.
Llamé a Richard de nuevo para decirle que el carro tenia un problema con los frenos y le pregunte de nuevo si el carro había estado involucrado en un accidente antes y me dijo otra vez que no, que el sólo compra carros en excelentes condiciones en la subasta.
Después de meses de problemas con el vehículo descubrir que el vehículo tuvo un accidente el dia 12/17/2011 con el informe policial el caso # FHPE110FF068164 y el caso de la agencia Estatal # 82844935 choque lateral izquierdo con otro vehículo . A consecuencia de este accidente, el vehículo tiene daños en el marco (frame damage ).
Cuando Richard Lora compró el carro en la subasta sabia lo del daño del carro ya que en la subasta le informan a los compradores de los danos de cada carro.  
El señor Richard Lora nunca me reveló eso a mí y nunca lo hizo a Los Ángeles Policía Federal Credit Union por que de otra forma yo no le hubiera comprado el carro en esas condiciones y a ese precio.
Cuando me enteré lo del daño del carro lo llamé para decirle que me había mentió y que el sabía acerca de los daños del carro.  El me respondió frescamente que el ya sabia lo del daño del carro.
Le dije que por ley tiene que informarles a los compradores de los problemas severos de los carros especialmente marco (frame damage) antes de que ellos lo compren y le dije también que lo veria  en la corte.
Pocos días después me llamó y me dijo que me devolveria todo el dinero.
Entonces el me dio un cheque del dealer como parte de rehembolso de mi dinero pero a los pocos días el cheque salió malo, sin fondos.

Ahora él va a lidiar con mis abogados y la oficina del fiscal del Distrito. Si usted es una víctima de unescrupuloso  RYM auto LLC / Richard Lora por favor comuníquese conmigo al 954-865-105, o llame a la oficina del fiscal del distrito de Broward . Tambien puede llamar a Consumer Affair o la Oficina del Fiscal del Estado.
Tenemos que defendernos de ladrones y mentirosos como el señor Richard Lora que no tienen ninguna integridad, ni idea de las prácticas comerciales con los clientes.
Tenga cuidado de comprar un carro de este dealer, ya que el hará cualquier cosa para sacarle todo  su dinero y venderle  una chatarra.
Parece que el sólo compra carros con problemas de marco (frame damage), para asi venderlos como si tuviesen el títulos limpios y bajos millas pero en realidad son basuras.
Yo le pague por el carro, el precio real del Kelley Blue Book pero este carro no vale nisiquiera la mitad de lo que le pague. El dice que tienen precios bajos y excelentes carros pero en realidad lo que tiene es basura como lo que es el.

 

On 04/23/2013 I bought a car in RYM Auto LLC because the owner Richard Lora told me that the car had never been in an accident, he had clear title and was in excellent condition. I never was gonna find another car like this in Florida. The only thing they did to the car was that they painted the side of the driver's door , it has some scratches .
I asked for the Carfax and told me I was then , that he was not a liar and that the car was in excellent condition. The only problem was that the vehicle had ABS light , but that your mechanic would be done by this problem .

The machine shop Victoriano ABS light went out , but they never fixed the problem ABS, as it must have been simply turn off the light .
Three days later , the light turned to catch .
Richard I called again to tell him that the car had a brake problem and asked again if the car had been involved in an accident before and told me again that no, the only buy cars in excellent condition at auction .
After months of problems with the vehicle to discover that the vehicle had an accident the day 12/17/2011 to the police report case # FHPE110FF068164 and State agency case # 82844935 left side impact with another vehicle. As a result of this accident , the vehicle has damage to the frame (frame damage ) .
When Richard Lora bought the car at auction knew what damage the car at auction because they inform buyers of the damage to each car.
Mr. Richard Lora never revealed that to me and never made it to Los Angeles Police Federal Credit Union that I otherwise would not have purchased the car in these conditions and at this price .
When I heard about the damage of the car I called him to tell him I had mentio and he knew about the damage the car. He replied coolly that he already knew what damage the car.
I told him that by law to inform buyers severe problems especially trucks frame ( frame damage ) before they buy and also said it would look in court.
A few days later he called me and told me to return all the money.
Then he gave me a check of the dealer as part of rehembolso of my money but after a few days the check went bad, without funds.

Now he's going to deal with my lawyers and the District Attorney's office . If you are a victim of auto RYM unescrupuloso LLC / Richard Lora please contact me at 954-865-105 , or call the district attorney's office in Broward . You can also call Consumer Affair or the State Attorney's Office .
We have to defend ourselves from thieves and liars like Mr. Richard Lora who have no integrity , no idea of business practices with customers.
Beware of buying a car from this dealer , and he will do anything to get all your money and sell you junk .
It seems that the only buy cars with problems of frame ( frame damage ) to sell well as having the clean titles and low miles but they are garbage .
I paid for the car , the real price of Kelley Blue Book but this car is not worth not even half of what you pay . He says they have low prices and excellent cars, but in reality you have is garbage like what the .

In reference to the 2007 Mini Cooper S Vehicle VIN: WMWMF73577TL90410, our mutual agreement was to replace the glass of the driver's door and rear left side, which was completed.

However, we made repairs on the ABS light on and the Check Engine light on; on despite that the vehicle was sold AS IS. Before the transaction was completed, the customer took the VIN of the vehicle and had the opportunity to test the car, about a week later he returned to make the purchase, so we estimate that during that time he made all the inquiries of place.

I also gave the customer a check for US $4,000.00 to be charged once the vehicle was sold to a possible third party, who never got done, hence there was not enough provision to cover the funds for that check.

As a courtesy of the dealer, we were trying to buy back the car, not return the money, on the understanding that we have not done anything wrong or violated any agreement.

The customer has the vehicle in his possession since the repairs mentioned above were made, about five months ago.

We decided to not continue giving any kind of courtesy in this case, given the intentions of this customer.

This transaction, like all the ones we do, was strictly attached to all the rules and laws that the case requires.

En referencia al vehículo 2007 Mini Cooper S VIN: WMWMF73577TL90410, en abril 23, 2013, nuestro mutuo acuerdo fue remplazarle el vidrio izquierdo de la puerta del chofer y el trasero lateral izquierdo, lo cual se completó.

No obstante, le hicimos reparaciones del ABS Light on y Check Engine on, aunque el vehículo fue vendido AS IS. Antes de hacer la transacción el cliente tuvo la oportunidad de probar el carro y tomo el VIN y luego de aproximadamente una semana, regresó a hacer la compra, por lo que estimamos que durante ese tiempo hizo toda las indagaciones de lugar.

Como una cortesía del dealer, estuvimos tratando de comprarle el carro de regreso, no precisamente devolverle el dinero, por el entendido de que no hemos cometido ninguna falta, ni violado ningún acuerdo.

El señor cliente tiene el vehículo en su posesión desde que se hicieron las reparaciones antes mencionadas, hace aproximadamente cinco meses.

Hemos decidido no seguir dándole ningún tipo de cortesía a este caso, vistas las intenciones del señor cliente. Esta transacción, como todas las que hacemos, fue estrictamente apegada a todas las normas y leyes que el caso requiere. Gracias anticipadas por sus atenciones y consideración.
