RYM Auto LLC/Richard Lora Richard Lora and Family. RYM AutoLLC sold me a car that has a frame damage and he never disclosed it to me or my credit Union. Now he has to deal with attorneys and the State of Florida district Attorney for bad check. Miami Florida

 On 04/23/2013 I purchased a car from the RYM Auto LLC because the owner Richard
Lora told me that the car never was in an accident, clean title and it was
in perfect conditions. That the vehicle was the cleanest Mini Cooper in Florida.
The only thing that they did to the vehicle was that they painted the driver door
side because got some scratches.

I asked him for the Carfax and he told me that he will give it to me later that
he wasn’t a liar and the vehicle is in super clean condition. The only problem that
the vehicle has is the ABS light but his mechanic will take care of that
problem. We when to his mechanic and he told me that he will fixed the problem
in few hours.

The mechanic Victoriano turned off the ABS light but he never fixed the ABS
problem, he just turn off the light.

Three days later the light when on again.

I called Richard again to tell him that the vehicle has a problem with the
brakes and I asked him again if the vehicle was involved in an accident before and
he told me again that he only bought vehicle in excellent conditions from the
auction. After months of problems with the vehicle and find out that the
vehicle was in a mayor accident on 12/17/2011 with police report case#
FHPE110FF068164 and the State agency case #82844935 Left side impact with
another vehicle. A consequence of this accident the vehicle got frame damage
and when he bought from the auction he knew because the auction has to disclose
it to the buyers before they sell it to dealers.

Mr. Richard Lora never disclosed that to me and never did it to Los Angeles
Police Federal Credit Union.

When I found out I called him to tell him that he lied to me and that he knew
about the frame damage and his responded to me that he knew. 

I told him that by law he needs to disclose that to the buyers before he sells
it and that I will see him in court.

Few days later he called me and told me that he will refund all my money.

I gave him the vehicle so he could sell it and returns my money.

I this time I was renting a vehicle and spend hundreds of dollars.

He gave me a check for part of the money and he told me that he will pay me the
rest after a week.

The check was bad and he never refunds my money. Now he needs to deal with my
attorneys and the district attorney’s office. If you are a victim of RYM auto

We need to stop crooks and liars like Mr. Richard Lora and Family that don’t
have any integrity, no clue of business practices with clients.

Be careful buying vehicles from this people they will do anything to take your
money and sell you junk. Looks like he only buy cars with frame, and all kind of
problems with clean titles and low miles.

I paid for the vehicle the real price from the Kelley Blue Book and they tried
to tell people that they pay low prices for the quality of their vehicles but
they sell junk.
