S & H Auto Radiator S & H Auto Repairs S&H has stabbed me in my back with a folk. I never knew going to a shop can be more hazardous then getting ur car fixed on a street.They have robbed me blind.Most importantly they left a enormous tool Chicago, Illinois

I took my car to S&H early Thursday morning,stressing the issue that i needed my car back by Friday.Because of a trip me and my family would've been attending early Saturday morning.The mechanics at S&H fell to take me seriously.With so many calls from me that Friday.

The so called manager, but i think he's the owner with lots of lies from a voice saying give me another half hour about 100 times.It's now closing time for these guys,and my car is still not ready.They never once tried to notify me with any information in regards to the vehicle,at all. So now me calling again right before it was time for them to be closing.

That stated that the vehicle is still not ready,it'll be ready tommorrow morning."MORNING"!!! I have to be leaving out of town early in the morning.The so called manager says to me "Hunny i can't give you this car like this you'll blame me for your whole trip going bad".So me trying to be reasonable and understanding.I said fine as long as it's no later then 9:30-10:00am.We both sayn okay and hanging up.

 I believe that the shop opens up at 8:00am or 9:00am with all the damage that they have caused already, my car still wasn't ready at the due time.Me continuously calling the shop that morning, They finally called at about 12:00pm sayn that the car is ready.Everybody all dressed and ready to get on the road. I go pick up the car, Pay this man in cash $335.00.As I got further on the expressway,I notice the temperture gage extremly increasly.I pulled over the car and contacted S&H shop immediately.

The so called manager RIEKO answers,  I let him know my problem. He stated "Don't get twicked off by the smoke".He also stated that it should not be running hot and that him his self checked the car and it was fine and try to get it to him. Me being miles away from him he suggested that i let the vehicle cool off and drive it back to him.If you have a shop you have to have a tow truck.I strongly felt that he should've made some type of tow truck arrangements on his part.

When I finally say to myself "Lift up the hood and try to see whats wrong."Shockingly"there were some enormous,  niddle nose plyers or what ever kind of tool it was.Was uncautiously jammed into my fan and melted on my engine.By REIKO saying "Just let it cool off and drive it back here"What if i would've done so,Which could've lead to an explosion or something.

Myself,my 4yr old daughter and boyfriend could've been in pieces.We are blessed to be here today.God is good.S&H caused a halt on my trip that was already reserved for that date. The next couple of days. I went up to the shop and all they could say is sorry sorry sorry. That's not what I want to here. I heard that from early Thursday morning all the way till Tuesday. I to also work and have to find time to do things that I need done.

MY time by time is all I ask of them.Me thinking to myself maybe it's because I'm a women and they think that we don't know to much of nothing.Well when I took the car back it was a big commosion I'm mad he's embarrased, Reiko.By other customers and employees and the shop. At first he stated no money could be giving back to me.Then he feed me some bull of a story about how he got to contact the owner. After all what he has cost me.

I called police so I can get some type of information on how can I go about handling this situation.After all that has been done to me already i still was kindhearted enough not to take the problem to the extreme and try to handle it like a civalize person.Reiko felled as a manager to follow the rules in the establishment, Reiko didn't follow up on his employee to asure that the work was done correctly, But he stated in my story early that he personally checked the car and it was fine but he didn't.

Steady sending my up a wall not telling me the truth but telling what he thought i wanted to here.They get the car. I gave them back the evidence that they left under my hood.I leave, later that day,Reiko said the tool only knocked a loose a wire and that they just had to hook it back up.The problem had to be way bigger then that, because just after a few days with them working on my car.It has completly gave up on me, not drivable at all.

The manager Reiko said to me when i called him that it wasn't his problem,my car was just fine when i took it off they lot and that it he can call the tow truck and see how much he'll charge.Me saying why are we talking about some more charges.I just gave these people $335.00 plus a trip that was payed for that i never got the chance to go on and he talking bout more money, more money,where is it I have a child,that car note,and all type off other bills to pay.

I don't have money to throw away.I'am a independent, single mom trying to make something out of life,And all that are around are con artist,Everything is all about the mighty $.The people at S&H didn't care that i have a child or my other living expenses.So now me and my child have to depend on the cities transportation.it went from gas to bus fare and i still have to pay a note on a car that i can't even drive.
