S & S OIL REFUSED TO REFUND CARWASH FEE $7.00 SELECTED AS YES BY MISTAKE ON THE PUMP FINSTEAD OF RECEIPT Everett, Washington

This is a true highway robbery just off the highway I-5 in Everett, WA. that happened yesterday 10-14-2009.
After filling up the tank at this Shell station, I hit the YES on the pump's window screen thinking that I was saying YES to DO YOU WANT A RECEIPT?
The screen of that pump was craized and the message was not clearly visible.
When I saw the second question mark, I realized that I had said YES to a Car-Wash the first time.

The attendant said she was insttructed not to give refunds for unwanted car-washes and that the manager would be in the next morning, today.
When I stopped by this morning he said car-wash fees were never refunded no matter what.
In my view this is no different from a pickpocket operation.
