THE MONEY WAS SENT DIRECTLY TO HIS PERSONAL ACCOUNT IN GIBRALTAR SHARED INTO 7 MONTHLY PAYEMENTS ( I HAVE INVOICES AND SWIFTS OF PAYEMENTS, I CAN SHOW AT ANY TIME).

HE PRETENDS TO BE AT HTE HEAD OF THE SYNDACATE LOAN (COMPOSED BY SAMSUNG, NOKIA, AND OTHER BIG NAMES)..HE SAID THAT IS ONLY UPYO HIM TO DECIDE WHAT TO FINANCE, JUST HE NEEDS TO HAVE WELL-DONE FEASIBILITIES. HE SEND YOU LOI, CONTRACTS, WRITTEN ENGAMENTS, BUT THIS WORTH NOTHING BECAUSE HE HIS A POOR CROOK, HE HAS NOTHING TO LOOSE.

I must say, I love the language used, the many spelling mistakes and the endless threats dished out by this well-known of reported Algerian conman, SAAD BOUDEMAGH.

He is part of this modern tax evasion mafia in Monaco.

He is a real character, full of Police, Judges, FBI, Interpol - and all kind of threats…..but it shows that he has no idea how those organisations actually work in reality.

A real Bully Boy, together with his team mates LISA LATERZA, STEPHANIE BOY and TENDANCE TV.

A comic outfit at the best.

I continue to be amazed reading about SAAD BOUDEMAGH ( the well reported conman from Algeria ) and his ‘ new team ‘, comprising of LISA LATERZA, a STEPHANIE BOY and a small company referred as TENDANCE TV.

All those are now ‘ gunning up’ to criticize well known international corporations on the internet.

I reported him originally as an international scammer.

STEPHANIE BOY and TENDANCE TV appear as the leader in the process to manipulate the internet contents, paid for by SAAD BOUDEMAGH.

This LISA LATERZA keeps very quiet ?  Like most conmen, SAAD BOUDEMAGH, LISA LATERZA and STEPHANIE BOY as well as TENDANCE TV, make mistakes. 

For example it is Stephanie BOY voice over on all those videos, she ‘ rambles on and on’ about god knows what she wants to say ?!  The STEPHANIE BOY and TENDANCE TV manipulate other companies e mails and letter heads for their benefit.

I have yet to see anything negative about The Vitala Group of Companies, a global giant and well known in the international market place, exceeding 33 years.  Their commercial records are impeccable, they won many accolades and awards.

Who are  to ‘ badmouth them ‘ ????

I wish Mr Saad Boudemagh would spell my name correctly, after all I had given him my business card when we met in Monte Carlo.

His memory seems to be as questionable as are his accusations he makes on this site.

This is expected of Algerian conmen, they usually trip up somewhere.

Mr Saad  Boudemagh appears to suffer from memory collapses.

I am Bulgarian National, and I own a large furniture manufacturing plant in Indonesia, mainly exporting.

He came to meet me at the Fairmont Hotel in Monte Carlo , in March 2016 together with a lady named Liza Laterza, an Italian ( By the way she was touching him, I think she was his girlfriend ).

We were sitting in the coffee shop, together with my wife.

There he was giving me his “ sales pitch “ of how influential he is in Algeria and how he pays off those politicians there.

I should come with him for a visit to Algiers ( I will not need a visa, he will fix this at the airport ).

When I checked him out, I found him on all the Scam Websites, and he turns out to be an international con trickster.

My wife actually remarked: “ Do not trust this character “.

Saad Boudemagh cannot remember the many parties who reported him ?!

They must be all dreaming then, not really, it is Saad Boudemagh who has enormous problems in trying to justify SO MANY WHO REPORTED HIM AND HIS SCAMS !!!

He wants to make it appear thaty he is completely innocent, all the others are mistaken.....what a joke !!!!

The Algerian " wants to be playboy ", hiding with a Dominican Passport in Monaco and trying to con people, by pretending that " he is the most influencial person in Algeria " !

He was refused financing on his projects by my group, because the Algerian Central Bank did not consent to funds incoming, despite him stating " I have a personal connection with the Algerian Central Bank ".

His projects are listed on our websites as " global projects ", not as financed projects.

So much for accuracy.

Saad Boudemagh could and would not supply a " personal wealth statement ", as required by investors either (so much for the rich conman ).

Our Broker turned out to be a LIZA LATERZA , actually his girlfriend ( but both forget to tell us about it during the course of business ).

LIZA LATERZA obtained from us US$ 10,000.00 by false pretences, as an advance commision payment, the commission never materialised.

This is Fraud.

In investigating two of his Algerian projects for financing, we faced falsifications and lies all the way, eventually causing us a loss in excess of US$500,000.00 !

Saad Boudemagh is " a talker, a bully boy " and he thinks by threatening everybody, they will go away. When he cannot " buy his way out", he will threaten with legal action, but rarely does anything, because legally he has no cases.

He feels very uncomfortable being on these scam sites.

Scam.com, he managed to remove the entries, but here this is not possible.

On both, LIZA LATERZA and SAAD BOUDEMAGH, we served legal notices of intention to litigate, but they do not want to accept legal  services.

He threatend us too, but alas a lot of talk, no actions.

Now he is using another scammer, A STEPHANIE BOY, operating as TENDENDANC TV in Monaco. to write to everybody for commercial references.

She ( his Monaco image maker ), features him on Google with charming displays, against payment of course.

Probably he cannot afford the lawyers to do this.

Looking at his language used, it becomes clear, SAAD BOUDEMAGH is " a dog which does not bite ".

Have a look at his GOOGLE PROFILE and the entries are just laughable, he wants to be somebody, but has to pay media firms like TENDENDANCE TV, to make him appear rich and famous.

The truth is that Saad Boudemagh is not somebody anybody wants to deal with, a deceptive fellow indeed.

 One of our clients, a well-known gaming company, has already warn us of this Mr. Saad B. they have told us that he is an Algerian conman operating outside the European Union, mainly from Dominicana or Monaco
