Saban's Rental Ripoff unprofessional rude business that doesnt give a dam, dirty ripoff liars Phoenix Arizona

I called Saban's to rent a minivan for the weekend to go to California. The counter person Nathan told me the van would be $299.00 for the weekend with a $250.00 refundable deposit.

I paid cash for the van and the deposit. When I got home around 6:30 p.m., my son checked the van over before we were to leave at 2:00 a.m.. He noticed the rear tire on the driver's side had a trend separation. I called Saban's to report this and was told if I did not bring it back in 5 minutes I would have to wait until the next day. He suggested that I purchase a tire and save my reciept for reimbursement.

We took the van and on the trip realized there were several things wrong with the van: the back seat bael would not work, the window on the passengers side would not work, the slide dorr got stuck several time and would not open, the tire in the passengers side front split on the road.

Upon returning the van, I was given $51.40 back from my $250.00 deposit. Saban's had added several charges that were not explained at the time of the rental. When I tried to question the counter person about the charges, he began sceaming and yelling get out of my office, you are trespassing, I'm going to call the police, I have you on camera.

We tryed to contact the Customer Service manager (Al) with no luck, everytime we called he was either out of the office or on the phone. I wish I had read this report before using them.
