The man who runs this website/business Tracy Bernardo is not a web consultant nor web designer, he's a internet marketing specialist and a conman. He pretends to be anything that he can promote in order prey on expecting victims, he was first a internet marketer, then a online broker then a teacup pig breeder then a web consultant and now a web designer?
He's not designing nothing, he's buying cheap templates from http://themeforest.net and charging web illiterate people hundreds and thousands of dollars for them, even his own website is a template you can buy called "Doover", how is he a web design company when his own website isn't even designed by him? He's pretending to be a web design company but in actuality selling other companies design work.

He's calling himself a web design group yet his own website is made from a $50 template he bought online.
This man is desperate for money and has resorted to scamming and then attacking his victims. He believes the World revolves around him and that he can do whatever he wants and get away with it. Little did he know his actions would eventually catch up with him, he has been pursued in court over 4-5 times. Everything he has ever told his clients were all a lie, he has no problem lying in fact it's almost second nature to him.
He is a manipulator meaning he has experiencing in fooling potential victims into believing he was legitament and trying to help them but in reality he has other intentions, which concluded scamming money, offering false services and overall exploiting people.
If you research his name online you can find that he tried to sell a website that is absolutely worthless today for $250,000 and also his scam teacup pug website he tried to sell for around $50,000+ and claimed he made around $45k a month from the website, most of which he scammed with his bait and switch scam.

This man is evil working behind the computer, he puts up a fake front and character in order to suck victims in, he has no intentions of helping anyone but himself, he tries to fake everything, even hiring article writers to pretend his the most popular web consultant in Sacramento which in reality no one really knows him other than from his scams.
Read the report below from his pig broker. His broker started receiving dozens of emails from the victims he has scammed. Which included death threats and personal calls to slander and intimidate them. This man has mental issues and if he can do that without any remorse after scamming them out of thousands who know what else he's capable of.

This man has court records going back to 2003, you're better off flushing your money down the toliet then doing business with this man because you'll end up with more than you've bargain for in a negative way. This man has never once tried to fix any of his wrong doings but rather blame his clients, attack them and leave them helpless. Tracy Bernardo does not care about you, he cares only about himself.
He's been scamming people so long he didn't realize they would retaliate back but boy was he wrong this time. His actions has been exposed to the fullest online, read he has done to his clients and what they suffered, this man should be sought after and taken to jail for his illegal activities. This man is digusting and evil, beware!
