Saddlebrook Painting Company would not stand behind their work Tomball Texas

In February 2009 we received a bid from this company to paint a portion of our home. The bid included them sanding off peeling paint that we were not able to get off by powerwashing. It also included primer, caulking, one coat of primer and the painting.
We purchased the paint ourselves and the job was done in one day in late April of 2009. They did not sand down the old paint that we couldn't get off, they just scraped. The paint job seemed to be in good condition when they finished. The last thing said to me was "please call if anything goes wrong. We will come back to fix it whether it is one month, 6months or one year after we do the work. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance."

In June we began to notice come cracking and began calling. Shawn harris, the owner, told us he would show to fix it at the end of the first week we called. Hewas a no show and we got not phone call from him.
I continued to call and send emails, but no response. The last phone call I made was 24th of July and Shawn Harris told me that they very ones who did the work and told me it was guaranteed were the ones that told him that we didn't do our part and powerwash enough ofthe old paint off in order for them to do their job.
When I told him that the paint was cracking where they did the caulking, he stated he could come by and "look" at it, but was too busy to come for another two weeks.
We do not expect to hear from him, since he sounded like it was all our fault that it was cracking. He chose to believe his employee instead of worrying about customer satisfaction. We have the original quote and what it included along with every email sent to the company, but he still would not stand behind the work his employees did at our home.
