My wife just bought a 32" flat screen LED TV-- brought it home- took it out of the box-- and it had a crack at the bottom, above the Sony label with spider veins that ran up the screen. Of course it did not work. She called Safe National of America, and they said to bring it in. When she brought it in-they REFUSED TO TAKE IT BACK OR CREDIT OUR ACCOUNT. They said that the box was not damaged and we needed to contact SONY. After several calls with rude inept managers at the Safe National of Americathey still refused to take this back- I have called customer service and have heard nothing from them. I finally called Visa and they are issuing a full credit. I will continue to let the Florida know of this and to not buy from Safe National of America as they will not provide any hint of customer service when it comes to returning a damaged TV. Also there are many comments online describing the same rude, behavior. This must be a new tactic for them to rid themselves of damaged merchandise--that probably got damaged in house. I wonder if they train their staff to react this way as the story seems to be the same across the board. Nothing on the receipt about checking the item before leaving the store--no one tells you to open the box-- because they falsely lead you to trust them. We will only go toother retail storesfrom now on.

This is just another feeble bogus report! This report is copied from a Best Buy report that was submitted back in April 2010.

The original ROR is # 598357 and can be seen here: http://www.ripoffreport.com/television-parts-services/best-buy-store-321/best-buy-store-321-worst-buy-ab2ba.htm

Most complaints say that this is an online company and the address is fake ... Please state the exact address/location of the store if your wife did go into it. If you and others are having such a problem with this floridian company (if they are really there) you should call the Florida BBB and the Florida AG to warn others... good luck
