The salesman came to my house and sold us on a whole house wireless system and to install the same for a set price and gave a written contract to this effect and we paid them in full for the system.  the salesman,Bruce Martinez wrote the contract and again everything he said and even gave us a complete list of equipment to be installed and he in fact sign it as well as us.  We paid him in full for the agreed upon contract.

This Monday, April 28,2014, the installer arrived to install the system and said he was here to put a partial wireless system on our house and showed me the contract that was signed by both the salesman and myself but on the contract he show me it had been altered by the salesman to to show only partial not "all windows/door contacts wireless as my original contract signed which I have copy of.  I in turn show my contract to the installer and he could not believe it was changed so he contact his home office and sent a copy of both contracts to them. he did not hear back from them but I contact the salesman who lied and said it was only partial even thought he completed the contract and signed same and gave me copy which I have.

I went to talk to installer but he must have received a call and he packed up and left without telling us.

I believe the salesman and the company was trying to rip off a senior citizen by defrauding us out of our money for work they did not install.
