 The product did not correct the file as described and it trashed my browser. 

The service tec keep telling me that it was not possible to trash the browser but I had been
using the web all morning prior to downloading this product and this tec was
not very rude and would not listen to my issues 'he had all the answers' wanted
me to spend extra dollars with MS to get the PC corrected. I finely had to hang-up
on this tec because he would not listen. This experience has taught me a lesson
that there are companies with products that create problems so you will
purchase additional products. I have since removed the software from my PC.

This issue is taking too long to resolve 'from 10/23/2012 till present' which
proves that they use tec's to strong arm you into other avenues and they drag
their feet in resolving issues. I provided payment in good faith and the least
they could do is to refund the dollars I gave them in good faith. Luckily I
paid thru PayPal and they are looking into this issue also. This company should
be eliminated from the internet.
