safecart.com safecart (paypal for paretologic products) as their partner but when you ask for a refund paretologic is willing to refund but safecart is the company who is to refund for you ,the only problem is th Internet

Bought a product from Paretologic for 29.95 same day did not want it& did not download it, thru Safecart the 29.95 plus an extra 9.95 that I did not request for spyware or something was taken from my debit card . Called paretologic for a refund and  was told it would be refunded thur safecart their form of paypal I guess, needless to say 16 days later still no sign of a refund called my bank & mastercard nothing has been refunded to either one of them yet it only took them less than 1min. to take it  from my debit card. will never do any business with either one of those companies
