I paid them throus paypal, the charge did appear on my statement, I never recieved the license # I was supposed to frim them so I could run the software. I called the number the provide of 1-800-209-6437 at all different time of the day (called for Several days) and you never get a live person (NEVER), their website indicated to hit ext. #7, when you do that you always get a message stating that mailbox is full, if you hit zero it says that is an invalid extensino Goodbye and hans up on you. I have seen several other complaints now related to this company and all of there responses are from a lady stating "please e-mail me @ customerservice@safecart.com " This also is not true they may say thet but they do not respond to you. I have note sent 6 e-mails to them with my phone numbers and asked, begged & demanded they call me but that have not called or even replied to any of my E-mails. This is complete fraud, I caution anyone out there who uses this site to stop and use something else, these people will scam you & Take your money but "NEVER" deliver what they are supposed to. I am planning legal action to resolve this as they don't seem to want to take care of it Civilly.
