August 2015 I purchased a 450 minute air time card for 79.00 from Fry's in Mesa AZ   I called customer service to verify that the card was good for End of service date and not the 450 card they offered with a 90 day expiration. 

Safelink customer service verified it was good until end of service date June 2017.

90 days later they dropped my purchased minutes stating that I had used them and they had no way of telling this or not.

They gave many other bogus excuses such as it is a 90 day card and their is no place to send a copy of your card purchased to us. I sent copy and requested refund to them anyway and never got a response.
