About Nov. 26th 2012 I purchased a 200watt electric scooter for this company. It arrived dead on arrival. I contacted the company and they decided it may be the charger and would send one out right away. I told them that this was a Christmas present for my 11 year old grandson. Well, I was told to send the faulty one back first and they would ship one out right away. Well, they did, but it was shipped to PA. and I live in Illinois.  To make this a shorter story, I had to wait for the person who received it, to ship it back to me. This took about 1 1/2 months! That charger did not work either.
I contacted them again and was finally asked after several attempts to get a refund since I had to buy another scooter from a different company, so my grandson would have a Christmas present I promised him. Therefore I just wanted my money back and of coarse they do not give ANY refunds.
I was asked to take the battery out and take it and have it tested. I am 62 years old and do not know how to get into it to get it out.  The person I am dealing with is ARTIE, he says I have no reason to be upset and is hateful to me now. Makes snide remarks now when i email him.  I did turn the scooter over to see if I could possible get into the battery case and couldn't figure it out and asked if I could just send it back for them to check out.. No reply on this request.

I noticed that there was a place for a fuse and contacted  ARTIE to tell him no fuse was there at all.  He said that is  probably why I could not EVER get it working and to go buy one.  He finally got the information I needed on the size and I called all the auto parts stores around and it is a special fuse.
I contacted Artie again to tell him to send me one.., With a few smart remarks he says he will get a hold of manufacturer and get me one but that it will probably cost $15 for mailing and if I was willing to pay this he would send it out.  I told him no that I refused to pay that and that it should have been in with the scooter when I paid for it and also paid for the shipping on originally.  If anyone out there would file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commision maybe we could get something done.
I have filed complaints with the BBB as well as the Consumer Complaint Agency and  they have censored them because of their practices.  I am now waiting to see what they do next.. Probably nothing.
