Thanks to this site, I went back and reviewed a receipt from where I had made a purchase for a go kart for my child's Christmas and sure enough they had done the same thing to me. Yesterday I spoke to a salesman named Matthew over the phone and placed the order. I was looking at what I wanted on the Internet while I spoke to him about what i wanted in detail the and the age of my son and explained to him that i needed a mid sized kart. We even talked about certain features that only this cart had. He gladly took my order that was that. After reading the review I called Matthew back today and explained that the receipt was wrong and that we needed to correct it. He was a little obtuse at first and when I explained to him that wasn't what I wanted his statement to me was" didn't we go over this yesterday"! Obviously I was the only one in the conversation and he just wanted my money. They were going to ship me a Gator which is a mini kart and I ordered the Wrangler which is a Mid sized Kart. The day before he didn't mention I was going to have to pay shipping but did mention I would have to pay the $40 residential fee. Today I ended up spending another $250 to get the order right and regardless if I would have cancelled my order I would have took a hit. So I decided to make them ship me the correct product. Buyer beware! There not selling you what you want. There selling you the price tag! The only thing they offered to do is give me an additionsl 3 month warranty which we all know isn't worth squat! I would not buy from this company again and would not recommend them.
