On February 7th., I spoke with Alex on the phone and placed an order for a 1-2 Person Infrared Sauna with 6 Carbon Heaters. I was told that it would take 10-15 business days to receive the product.

On the tenth business day after the paid by electronic check. I received an email and a phone call from Tim Murphy, stating that the sauna was on "back order", and that they no longer had the model that I originally ordered and offered me a replacement with the picture and specifications. I called to tell him that the size of the sauna would not work for me. He asked me to give him 24 hrs to find me what I was looking for and I agreed.

He made the call on Tuesday, Feb. 19th, I did not hear back anything from him, therefore, on Thursday Feb. 21st., I called the office and asked for him. I was told he was not in. I then emailed back asking if he found me a suitable replacement. On Friday Feb. 22nd., I finally received and email offering me a Infared sauna with 4 ceramic heaters that cost $100 less than what I paid for the 6 Carbon heater sauna. He said there would be "no extra charge". What?!?!?!?

I've already done my homework on these saunas and know that carbon heaters are better than ceramic heaters, therefore, I chose to pay the extra money to get a better sauna!!! I was extremely insulted that he would think I was such an idiot and would agree to this.

I was so upset that I called the company and asked for him. I was told that he was not in, then I sent him an email, telling him that I did NOT want the sauna with ceramic heaters and to just go on and send me the other sauna with the carbon heaters that he offered me, somehow, I will make it work. He responded back within minutes and replied that he would send it out immediately. I got suspicious after I was told he wasn't there and within minutes he responded to my email, I felt that I was lied to, so I did some research and came across this page and now I'm worried that I may also be a victim of consumer fraud with this company!

I've tried calling today, Monday Feb. 25th to get a tracking number. Again he is not in the office and no one can give me any information. Tomorrow will be the 15th business day, and I should be receiving my package, but so far that I know the sauna has not been ordered and I can't get a tracking number.

After reading some of the comments from others that ordered an infared sauna from this company and their detailed descriptions, I have been looking into contacting the attorney general in that state and supplying all the email correspondence between myself, Alex and Tim. Since I now have some idea what I may be up against, I am also planning on making a video of the delivery and the opening of the box to check all parts are in new condition and that everything works.

I will update my findings on this website. All I can do now is pray that this company will make good on their sale and that I will be able to come back here with a positive report.

I'm still awaiting the arrival of the infared suana that I ordered from Saferwholesale

I decided to go back to the website page that I had saved in my computer to find that the page no longer exists! Funny, because the day that Tim Murphy emailed and called me to inform the that the model I had originally ordered was no longer available, I had went to look up the page that day and instantly the page had been updated as soon as I received the call about the with other model listed. Now it's NOT there at all and it's the new 2013 model....hmmmm

That's okay because I still have the email with pictures and specifications of the newer 2013 model that Tim Murphy sent me, himself.

Here is his explanation in the email:

"Please review the following.
We have had your order processed with the manufacture.
They had a slight back order on the unit you ordered but it is now in stock and ready to ship.
However the 2013 model is slightly different to the 2012 model. They have relocated the front door to the left.
Also, the have slightly lightened the unit for a more modern look.
Here are the details.
If everything is good with you we can ship your order first thing in the morning.
Let me know."

If I am one of the fortunate ones to actually receive what I ordered, I know that in the future, I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER order from them again!!!!!

Got a tracking number

I received an email with the second receipt that actually showed a tracking number with estimated delivery of 3/4/13. I will still continue with a video of arrival and opening the box of my purchase.

You will find this information at the very bottom of the receipt after you make your purchase. Something they don't explain on the phone when you make your order.

"Thanks for purchasing! Once available tracking information will be sent on
a second copy of this sales receipt. Questions about order status should
be sent to customerservice@saferwholesale.comWhen you receive your

order please inspect it for damage BEFORE signing. If there is damage,

note it on the delivery receipt. Due to the wholesale nature of the

company, all sales are final. Thank you, GSI!"

I Suppose I better make the delivery driver wait until I get the package open!
