Safetouch Security Systems Safetouch took my money and I got no service or protection Jacksonville, Florida

I was robbed during and b & e back in February. I got on the phone that day and called Safetouch to have my home secured. After they came out and put in the alarm I have had nothing but problems with them. I have had to make 4 separate tech calls to have them fix their crappy transmitter. I set off the alarm to test it and never received a call.  After the moronic turn off your modem and turn it back on routine which I had already done, they scheduled a technician. This was a Monday. They said they can have a tech out on Friday. After going round and round with them they put me on a bump list. I got put on a bump list when I signed the contract for Safetouch. This company sucks. Well, they finally sent a tech who knew less than I did about their product. He was going to leave while the system still was not working. I persuaded him to put in new hardware. He did that and got a dispatcher to show that there was indeed communication. today, again we are at the same junction. Yellow warning light on after testing alarm. No one called back 5 minutes after alarm went off. I called SAFETOUCH and this is what the 4th person I spoke with told me. "Oh well I see here that your system isn't communicating with our office so that's why no one called you sir." No s**t, really? The earliest they can have someone come out is Monday. Today is Friday. Anyone with Safetouch better not call on a Friday. I pay for this shitty service and that is the best they can do? This company sucks a*s and I want out. Me and my family don't deserve this kind of treatment. This is like I said previously the third time dealing with them on the same issue. Your system sucks Safetouch and your service is a joke.
