Safetouch Security Systems sent dispatch w/o calling, 4 dead panels, could not disarm alarms, received multiple fines due to company jacksonville, Florida

keypad panel has failed four times, imagine arming a system at night and coming in and not being able to disarm the alarm.  Police has been dispatched 6 times due to faulty equiptment, installation.

Last panel problem on 10/21 of which another $350 fine was assessed company refuses to write a letter stating that their was an electrical problem even though their service tickets state their was no voltage problems.

Last problem on 10/21 callers on list were not called, not the first or second one on the list, company lied and said that we were called but have call logs to prove otherwise, states office line was called, yet another lie as call log was reviewed.

company refuses to supply all work order documents, original contract, or even several people will not call back

steer absolutely clear of this company you will have multiple problems in less than a year company has had to come out 12 times to do fixes on the system and I am out close to $1,000 in fines
