Safetouch Security they treat their employees like dirt. jacksonville, Florida

This company is known in the industry as the walmart of security. I worked there for over 8 years, and could tell you so much bullshit about what they do and how they treat their people. I went from installing, to service, and then sales, so I know it all.They had the balls to want to fire me on Christmas Eve of all days, but waited till New Years Eve instead, so nice of them. They made up some s**t about me doing some paperwork wrong, not filling out the "notice to installer" which is just notes to help the installer do the job easier. Everyone at this company knows that I went so far and beyond with every customer I sold a system too. Also helped the installers on any of my jobs to make everything go smooth. Problem was they hired a new manager in my office who  had been in the industry for only 3 yrs. He came from Jacksonville and had no clue how to talk to people or how to do his job. He was no help to me at all, could not teach me anything about sales or even how to be a better salesman. He was not the first at that position, in the 8 years I was there we had 7 new managers,what a joke.Because of this guy I LOST MY JOB. After 8 yrs . they could care less, they had to pay me unemployment because they were told it was wrongful termitnation. This kills them because they never pay anyone that at all, just another joke. Makes you wonder why no one has ever retired from this company EVER, they fire you first or people just cant take the abuse they give you. The reason they call them walmart is it takes no training to work here, maybe a couple weeks at best which is another joke. The people in this line of work who have the knowledge and the skill all work for a company who takes care of them with great pay and benefits. Safetouch offers low pay and no benefits. The reason I stayed so long was because I seen the chance to make this place better ,but they hold you back in everyway.They give you free service, but make you wait a week even if your system is completely out. "DONT CARE" They offer 45 seconds response time, but give you nothing if they dont meet it,some guarantee right."DONT CARE" They make you sign a 5 year contract and have us tell you that you can cancel after 3 yrs. but you cant because its really a 5 yr. to start ,with a 2 yr. roll-over, and another 2 yr. roll-over which becomes a 9 yr. if you dont catch it in time."DONT CARE"  This sums up how this company treats customers and employees and it will never change, so take your hard earned money and give it to a real place of business ,one that will help protect your family the right way. SAFETOUCH DOES NOT CARE,I KNOW THAT FOR A FACT!!!!!!
