Incident
Representative from company called my business and spoke to an hourly employee and \"tricked\" them into purchasing Federal Workplace Posters. I understand this as a common sales tactic. No manager or owner authorized this purchase. When talking to the company they offer to take them back plus a restocking fee of $25 if I also pay to mail them back.

Damage Resulting
Time, energy and distraction from more important things. Nothing yet, just keep getting $99 invoices for a product we never wanted in the first place.

Dear Sir,

I am sorry that you have had a negative experience in
dealing with our company.  Since opening
our doors in 2003 we have grown from just a handful of customers, to having
more than 200,000 clients.

While we strive to provide all these customers the best
service possible, on occasion that does not happen. When it doesnt happen we
address the problem immediately with coaching and/or termination.
