Safeway Wrecking Corp. Safeway Carting ripped me off for over thirteen hundred dollars. They were suppose to take away 18 aluminum windows but did not Little Neck, New York New York

   I obtained a dumpster from Safeway Carting to remove eighteet aluminum windows from my home.  However a gentelman with a truck saw the windows and asked if he could have them.  I gave them to him and called Safeway the following day ( April 17th 2015 ) and asked them to come and get the dumpster.   Safeway said they would come, but did not.  I called Safeway several more times requesting that they move the dumpster.  The man that answered the phone used foul language telling me not to call them again.  They moved the dumpster on the 23rd of April, and sent me a bill with a bogus receipt showing that i had around 11 plus tons of trash on the dumpster.  I did not have any trash on the dumpster and it would be impossible for that much trash to be on the dumpster, but what i notice about the receipt was the time it had that the dumpster was on the scale being weighed.   

The dumpster got picked up after 11:30 am on the 23rd of April and the receipt indicated that it was on the scale at 11:18 am.  I contacted them again and question how that could be so, again I was cursed out and hung-up on.  i contacted my bank and asked them not to release the funds to the company.  I wanted to dispute it.  The bank held it back then but released the funds to Safeway in June without disputing or contacting me.  The bank now claim they disputed it for me.   I have since file a complaint with NY BBB.  Safeway sent the BBB a receipt with the weighing- in time as 12:18, saying that they sent me the weong receipt and they had two dumpsters that day with the same weight.   I know that they are not telling the truth, because it would be impossible for them to pick up a dumpester from upper Manhattan (East 117th street) and be in Brooklyn in 45 minutes, it is too busy that time of day for that to be possible.  I think Safeway is a ripoff business.
