Sage Software Peachtree Accounting updates revert all personal/company settings to default Irvine California

this worker used to use peachtree for "non-profit" accounting. after updates peachtree resets to defaults - have manually put back in w4 witholdings for all employees and no icon or button tells how to reset the dollar amount for two places to include change less than one dollar. contact sage online - only faq site - no help. contact webmaster about were i can go for help and received email that sage offers help packages starting at only the low price of fifty dollars. inntial cost of peachtree accounting package, cost of updates, now, fifty dollars to find out how to set dollar amount? not a good deal.

i need to spread the word to other people to stay away from this type of accounting cash cow. lots of grass - very little milk. also peachtree does not uninstall very pretty. must go online in order to uninstall - yet it leaves folders on registry of computer after removal of program is complete. i have been wanting to say this for years but first I had to wait for the company i work for to get rid of peachtree and switch to different accounting software before i felt safe enough to tell the world about this.
