Saginaw County CPS, Covenant Hospital, Saginaw City Government AKA Sherri Harris- CPS, Laura Couch supervisor, Charles Foster- CPS state administrator,Tashelle Morris- These people kidnap & abuse children all in the name of profit, not protecting children Saginaw Michigan

 Saginaw County CPS, the Saginaw Police & Saginaw City Government break the laws, but are allowed to investigate themselves. Little Wonder they never find themselves guilty. Also, this is the end of the line in any investigations. Once they declare that they have done nothing wrong, there is no legal recourse.

CPS "investigates" complaints, then removes childre; even if there is no evidence. It is all about Social Security Title IV-E funding that pays CPS to remove a child & place that child with uncaring, money grubbing foster homes.

The Saginaw Police show up & assist CPS in illegally removing a child, without even knowing that the law requires a written order signed by a judge must be in hand. This is the same agency that shot a man 46 times in "self defense" & declared themselves that they did nothing wrong. Little wonder assisting in a kidnapping did not rate high on their illegal activities investigations.

The Saginaw County director "claims" to be a reverend & yet, lets her employees kidnap children for no reason except for the federal dollars. This false profit suborned perjury & illegal activities by her staff. She also define "preponderance of the evidence" as "because we said so." Even though CPS told the court they had no evidence & later the judge ruled no probable cause; CPS still claims justification in kidnapping & abusing a child. They also put a child's life in danger due to medical ignorance & neglect, but again, ruled themselves not guilty.

Michigan PA 511 2008 allows CPS to break the law & get away with it.
