Buyers beware - don't let SAI owner, Brian Jump, direct the transaction away from ebay or Amazon, as he did me (they wouldn't tolerate his tactics).  On 1/6/16 Mr. Jump accepted my offer for his toolset on ebay but directed my payment outside ebay.  The set arrived late and missing tools including the largest, most expensive tool.  At first Mr. Jump said he would send some tools but soon refused when he was caught denying that the most expensive tool is missing, he now denies that any tools were ever missing.  I opened a paypal case and he had the opportunity to pay the return shipping but would not.  He also refuses a partial refund.  After I posted a review, he sent a bogus threat, claiming he would send a subpoena - I encouraged him to pursue that.  All of this is proven in the provided evidence.
If Mr. Jump would like to clear his name, I request he either prove he sent the complete set (disproving my evidence) or send the missing tools.
