I ordered an ordination package, on 01/25/08. I paid through PayPal, $25.00, Transaction #3LW82816AA0229034, & they paid David M. Ford, at the Saint Luke Evangelical Christian Ministries, on 01/26/08, paid to his "PayPal "Webrev" account.
However, I have not received the package as of 03/02/08.
Since that time I have tried emailing & calling Rev. Ford & the church but have not been able to contact anyone.

This Non profit was closed down by the state of Georgia back in 2010 for failing to file paperwork for 2 years. Yet Rev David M Ford has maintained his website up to 2012. He has also accepted $250 from me with the understanding he would provide for me documentation which he has failed to do. I have attempted to contact him by email, phone and USPS Certified mail but all attempts have failed. I believe this constitutes intent to defraud and will be seeking a solution with the Georgia Attorney General.

This Place is a Scam

First International Church of the Web is a fraud. I have been a member for a few years, and I still say it's a fraud. For months, at least, people have been complaining that they are sending money and orders to Rev. David Ford, and they have received nothing in return. On June 23, 2009, one person wrote this on the FICOTW bulletin board:
A friend and I are both ordained ministers. We have been running an outreach food pantry for some years. I mailed in coursework and checks for Master of Theology degrees. It's been 2 months since the checks were cashed but have heard or received nothing. I have emailed Rev. David Ford repeatedly with no reply. Can someone help?!
The fact is that the answer is NO. It seems nobody can help. Not even the Church Elders can help anymore. Money seems to be pouring into the ministry, but nothing is being returned for the money. In my opinion that amounts to either Mail Fraud or Interstate Wire Fraud, depending on whether it is being sent through the mail or over the internet. It appears that the so-called Reverend David Ford is keeping the money for himself and either refusing or neglecting to send the product ordered. If this is true, then that could make it fraud or outright theft.
What were these guys ordering? Believe it or not, it was 2 fictitious "Master Degrees", for which they paid $75 each. These so-called degrees have no legal or academic backing, and are just another way that this "church" rips people off. Not only are they a ripoff, but a diploma mill.
Stay away from this place. It is a scam, and it gives other, more legitimate, ministries a black eye. Why am I still a member? Somebody has to keep an eye on them.

I think the above poster has summed it up well. This "ministry" is nothing but a rip off, a money-making scheme, run by a man with no recognized ordination, who calls himself "Reverend" and "Pastor". Give me a break ! He is most certainly neither.

I paid the money for the certificate, too, and they got away with it. They must've made 1,000s off of people. This place is absolutely a rip off and the people defending it are either in on it or really stupid. This ministry, if you will, is another slap in the face for the Lord. Shame on you Rev. Ford. You are an unrepentant criminal.

This order was refunded quite some time ago. I asked the individual to alert this site that they had received a refund, but apparently it was too much trouble. At any rate, the order has been refunded.
I've tried posting this rebuttal several times, but for some reason the web site won't show it.

This order was refunded in full some time ago, and at that time I requested that the individual report that the matter had been resolved. I see the individual didn't post that information, but the issue has, in fact, been resolved.
Sometimes orders take longer to be filled than I would like. However, at no time was there any chance that this person would not either receive the materials ordered or a full refund.

It took a few months to receive the documents from Saint Luke. The documents are the absolute best!
This delay is tolerable because it reveals that Saint Luke Evangelical Christian Ministries is not a document mill but an actual Christian Church.
I can assure you that your documents will arrive and you too, will be proud to be associated with Saint Luke Evangelical Christian Ministries.
