My co-worker was scammed by Lesley Washington. She started a salsa team, Sakara Dance in San Diego, CA. My co-worker joined her team and they became friends. Lesley Washington lied about all these real estate she owns and can invest together. My co-worker would supply the funds for the down payment, rehab works, holding costs etc.. Well when it was time to close on escrow Lesley Washington chanced escrow from Netco Title to Brighton Escrow. My co-worker was following up with Brighton Escrow until after months and months of lies, fake wire confirmations, fake conference call to verify funds were transfer (having her friend impersonate Citibank Representative as Mrs. Kuan) to her surprise it was with Golden West Escrow. My friend submitted the paperwork to be paid, but was told by the escrow officer that Lesley Washington told the escrow officer that is NOT authorized to pay on the note or speak to her.!
So my Co-worker had to sue her with the Los Angeles, CA courthouse and lost a big lump sum of money. You can verify for yourself (click on this link and enter the case # YC061197)

She settled otherwise this con artist will steal her life savings! Additionally this person is a professional con artist, because on the settlement agreement my co-worker is not allowed to post about her experience or case # on the internet especially not on facebook! So I am doing it for her
