I purchased a flat iron/curling iron from a beauty site on instagram i was directed to saleguru's online store. they took the money from my bank gave me an order number that is worthless and tracks nothing.

There is no way to contact this company other than submmiting my email and complaint. I have submmited a complaint to them twice and have not heard a thing from them. They are scam artists!

On 9/21/17 I was given a full refund by Saleguru. I am happy with the outcome and that this matter is resolved.

thesaleguru.com 3 months ago, they advertised a curling iron on Facebook. I paid them $50 USD......after many excuses as to why they havent sent me my item, they stopped replying to my emails all together. They are rip off artists. I reported them to Facebook, and have not received a single response from Facebook!!!! AVOID thesaleguru.com at all cost. I can only assume that they are a Chinese company as there is no address displayed on their site. they took my money and didnt send the item. Beijing
