On July 24, 2013  I paid for subscription to the web site salehoo.com  I was suppose to get full access to there web site including the wholesale directory.  The first day I paid for it I couldn't get any access to the web site,  it kept wanting me to pay again.  the second day they told me to re fill out the order form that would give me full access but again I wrote to them telling them that it wanted me to pay again. this is what the letter they sent me says Hi Christina,

Thanks for your email.
You will not be charged again upon completing that account set-up page, but if you are reluctant please email us back with your preferred email address for login and your username so we can set-up your account for you. We will issue a random password which you can change once you login to your account.

so I had them set up the account they emailed the info to me,  when I tried to get on the site again the same thing happened.  I sent them a letter .... my letter....So I emailed again this morning with no responds....  this is the message I get when I click on whole sale Directory...  Sorry you don't have access to the directory, to find out more and to gain access click here.  and when I click on here  it once again wants me to pay again???????  why can't you figure this out I was suppose to be able to start selling right away but I can't even get the information that I have paid for....  Please figure this out or send me my money back.  Getting tired of not getting adequate  help. Before you send me any info please check yourself to see if it is working properly.  I have not changed the password you gave me.  If I don't get a working membership or my money returned by the end of today my next email will not be to you it will be to BBB and commissions office.  Thank you and sorry for the short temper but three  days with no progress. I have had no responds from them and still can't get access to this site
