I am really writing to offer support or add fuel to your fire in your attempt to stop BILLINGHLP.COM fraudulently obtaining money from people. I signed up to an offer on the internet from a company called (Directfile Access). It advertised to provide movies, games, computer applications, for a one off payment. I made the payment in return for access to the site.

I used a pre-paid (Titanium Cash Plus Mastercard) to make the payment. I only use this card to pay my bills over the internet because I already have a bad credit rating and cannot get a bank to give me a proper debit or credit account. It took me about three month's to realise that something was wrong when I attempted to make a payment and the payment was refused. I checked my account transactions and found that BILLINGHLP.COM was responsible for withdrawing over 90.00 from my account over a three month period.

One of the payments was taken by the same people using another company name. I did not know who BILLINGHLP was so I checked the site and discovered that I was being charged for something called ebookz or something similar. It said that there were four ebookz ordered so I cancelled them all and sent them an email informing them that I had no Idea what product or service I was being charged for and that whatever it was I would no longer like to receive it.

I have checked my account this morning 19/08/2008 and notice that the last payment was taken from my account on 19/06/2008. I also noticed that each of the payments taken from my account were taken either on the 19th or 30th of each month and so kept my account short of funds on these dates. After checking my account I again tried to find the Billinghlp site to see if they had ordered any more ebookz for me, The site seems to have disappeared, that is how I came to find your own site.

I do not expect to see my money again and do not really wish to put myself through alot of stress trying to obtain it. I suppose I'm putting it down to a lesson learned. I hope this report can be of some help to you I'm only sorry I could not provide more solid evidence to stop this kind of thing happening to other people.
