Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
i bought this download and paid with a debit card online. i cannot activate it ,the licence # and password they gave me wont work, icant use it, they wont refund my money and they gave me some other way to activate it but nothing works, im frustated, and i just want my money back, but they say they dont give refunds on down loads, so what am i going to do with a program i cant activate and use. they say it is simple it is not and they arent helping me very much. i wouldnt ever buy from 321studio.com ever again.

The software that was sold to the customer works as designed and activates with no problem. The customer needs to follow the directions that came with the email. The customer was quick to ask for a refund but not quick to accept the suggestions for help with the software. We do everything we can to help the customer with the software. The previous post that was a suggestion from another consumer is false and the software is still being sold. You shouldn't beleive everything you read on the net.

DVD X Copy was ruled illegal copying software about 3 years ago by the courts. All copies that were produced were allowed to be sold but no more could be produced.
They are no longer allowed to sell DXD X Copy and you must have gotten it from a secondary seller. The reason you can't activate it is one of two. Either they have shut off the verification servers for this software or they have sold the same number to multiple people. I believe DVD X Copy had a 10 install limit. Therefore if you are user #11 you are out of luck. I don't know where you purchased it from, but 321 studios doesn't exist anymore and this is from the website for dvd x copy:
CAUTION: Authentic DVD X Copy software is no longer being sold anywhere. Many websites are selling fake DVD X Copy Software and fake 321 Studios products for $29 and under together with license codes and a separate free "activation server update" file or similar "patch" file or CD.
These are not authentic DVD X Copy products, but rather cracks that destabilize your computer system and will not function properly. Beware of any sites that continue to sell DVD X Copy Platinum version 4.0.3.8 and that "guarantee" activation. DVDXCopy products purchased from these sites are not authentic, not eligible for support or updates and should be returned for a refund.
