SalesDialers.com Service did not work, company refused to issue refund Savannah Nationwide

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I signed up to use SalesDialers.com. Immediately after purchasing access to Salesdialers.com I tried to use their service. The service did not work so I contacted customer support to help solve my issue. Customer support could not solve my issue and the service never worked. When I attempted to cancel and get my money back they informed me that because it was after 48 hours I could no longer get a refund. To be clear, I never used their service because their product and their support team were ineffective. They should absolutely provide me with a full refund because it is not my fault their system does not work. Unfair business practice.

Since filing this first report I have spoken with the owner of Sales Dialers who was a very nice and understanding guy. He took the initiative to make things right which I fully appreciate. While sales dialers wasn't a great fit for my team I am confident in their ability to provide an excellent service to real estate and insurance agents.
