I recently had a terrible experience with and with one of their representatives, Mr. Cory Prado.  I then searched them on rippoff report and found that Gary Prado has numerous complaints as does Cory Prado.

Just like the other complaints listed they promised me a refund and then refused too actually issue the refund.  We ran into the same issue others have where the software did not function correctly and they blamed it on lack of training.   Also, the email system does not work (we tried 4 different smtp service providers).  When I brought this to Cory's attention he told me to "f*** off" and hung up the telephone on me.  Awesome customer service Gary Prado, Cory Prado, and

In looking up on ripoff report and seeing the smear campaigns they utilize to defame and slander their own customers if you file a complaint, I felt it necessary to let everyone know how bad their customer service really is.  Gary Prado is a licensed insurance agent.  I doubt very highly that if his insurance agency received a complaint that Gary would handle it in the same manner he handles complaints for

In closing, yes Cory Prado and Gary Prado you got over on us for $2700.00.  I hope you can sleep good at night conducting business in this fashion.  I know they are going to rebuttal this post and out of fear of using the confidential information I provided them to start a smear campaign against me personally, I will not respond.  Beware of this company and any inforamtion you provide to them.

P.S. We switched to the (((competitor's name redacted))), have had no issues and great customer support.
sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company,, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome. Dear sir or ma'am,
We are having a hard time identifying you as we we have no products that are $2,700 and have no record of $2,700 transactions. If this is a true posting, then why haven't you attempted to contact us as this is something that would not easily be forgotten or documented.  If you reply with your name we will gladly look up your account and contact you. If you don't reply then we can safely assume this is another fabricated posting possibly from another user on this forum.

If this is from the same user posting a duplicate post under a different name on this forum then please note we have made efforts to resolve it. For whatever issue you had with us and for the record, all money that has ever been paid to us (even though you did use our software) has been refunded per the attached file. We've refunded all monies ever paid to us, not because we had to, but because we take pride in our A-rating with the Better Business Bureau and servicing our customers to the best of our ability. If this is a legitimate complaint then we encourage you to reach out to us and contact the Better Business Bureau.

We have never talked to customer even close to the manner you have described. Just send us the proof and we'll be more than happy to help you. We go over and beyond with all of our customers and take great pride in our A-rating with the Better Business Bureau and only ask for the opportunity to help you. We certainly wish you the best.
