On August 15, 2009 I purchased Sally Hansen's Naturally Bare Waxing Strips. I tried the product based on the instructions within the box. It took 6 strips and I still was not able to remove any hair as they stated in their instructions.
I sent an email since there was no physical address provided on the box on August 18, 2009. I received an email back 1 day later that stated Sally Hansen would not respond as they sent the email to their parent company (Coty). The email stated I would receive a response ASAP.
On September 12, 2009, I sent a follow up email to Coty as to the information I received from Sally Hansen and that I was waiting for a response from them. To date, I still have not heard anything from either Sally Hansen or Coty about the ineffectiveness of their advertised product.
